James is our founder and handles all things management and business development. Having come from a technical recruitment background, James found himself in the marketing department of his local Credit Union after a career change. This is where he had the idea for CU Recruitment – which has now grown from placing a few staff members at that Credit Union to the ethical finance specialist you see today. Steve is our Resourcing Manager, and is the face of CU Recruitment to our valued candidates. With almost 10 years in banking and many years under his belt as a recruiter, Steve is a highly valued and knowledgable member of the team who loves talking to candidates. When he’s not speaking to candidates, Steve spends his spare time with his kids.
Dan specialises in social media management with over 5 years in the industry. He’s passionate about growing businesses, and not only does he help to increase CU Recruitment’s exposure to help us improve more companies and candidates’ lives, but he also manages the specialist social media management services that we provide to our valued clients. In his spare time Dan likes going to the gym and travelling, and he has recently returned from a trip around South East Asia with our Managing Director James.
